This was my first time purchasing a spa pass from ResortPass and I'm so glad I did it. It was so relaxing and the spa staff at the Sofitel Mexico City Reforma were absolutely lovely. I highly recommend anyone who is in need of a spa day to book a pass with this hotel.

This was the best decision we made in a week in Playa Del Carmen! The Hyatt was top notch… incredible property, beautiful beach and pools, great food and drinks, and the value was definitely there. We got the cabana and comfortably spread out on the beach for hours with plenty of credit for lunch and a few drinks. What a treat!

You provided my daughter and me with a five-hour bonus vacation day while we waited for our delayed flight. We swam, danced to the live music, enjoyed the BBQ and refreshment stand, and we were treated to friendly, better service than I received at the resort we stayed at up the beach. Kudos to your staff. So much better than sitting in an airport! Great service and a smart option for travelers. We will be back.
